Reports & Archive

We are aiming to create an eco-town where people matter, where the quality of environment matters and where there are good quality jobs and services. A town which provides greater benefit not just for those living in and near it, but for the wider Leicester City region. Held within this reports & archive section of the website is all of the information we have published to date, including the studies undertaken and many of the ideas currently being explored. The reports are set out under a series of distinct themes, which focus on the key elements that will create the eco-town. The reports identify how the opportunities of the site can be maximised and challenges overcome. As and when more information becomes available it will be added to the relevant pages.

There are a series of iterations of plans contained in these pages, normally which would be kept behind closed doors in a process such as this, but in the spirit of being open & honest we have published them. These plans have led to the evolution of the current masterplan and are now historic documents.

Masterplanning will continue, taking on the feedback through the Your Views form and from experts producing further technical reports.
