The Co-operative Group has a strong track record working within the education sector; running the green energy for schools incentive and working together with local area committees to "turn schools green", the farm to fork educational programme which has a centre currently based on the site at Stoughton and even providing co-operative models of management in schools around the country as well as sponsoring a business college and Academy in Manchester.
